Modern Vow: Bohemian Brooklyn Wedding Magazine
Spring 2019. Publication & Packaging Design. Magazine Design Challenge. This magazine was imagined from the influences of walking the streets of cities as a child. I remember picking up off-brand magazines that were so simplistic, modern, but edgy. As a former bridal consultant, the modern-day wedding has always fascinated me. Balancing high fashion, with bohemian trends, centered around the Brooklyn lifestyle - the Modern Vow: Bohemian Brooklyn Wedding Edition was born. Throughout the magazine I toyed with white space and bold colors. Clutter turns audiences off, but the perfect balance of combining text with visuals is what intrigues the viewer and makes flipping through magazines a favorite pass time and art on its own.
